Terms of Service

I will now choose to do only commissions that fit my style and needs, as opposed to working on a first-come-first-serve basis. This helps me filter out incomplete, problematic models. 
 

I reserve the right to decline any project.
 

The model files provided to the client are intended for runtime use only. Live2D project files will not be provided
 

You need to either fill out this google form or, preferably, send me the reference image and relevant information via discord(alexyon)/email (I may reply slower with email, though). Without this, I will not accept the commission.
 

Once I’ve accepted your commission, I will send you an approximate quotation based on the complexity of your model. You may decide whether or not to go through with the commission, or to cancel it if you do not agree with the quotation.
 

Please confirm that artist of the model will be available and open to making adjustments on the PSD file of the model should any errors arise. I will be happy to guide them on making the necessary changes, but it is not my job to fix the mistakes in the files (layering, naming of the layers, etc). If the artist is unwilling to cooperate, I will have no choice but to cancel the commission and send you a refund.
 

With regard to 6), note that adjustments/changes made to the model due to errors will incur additional charges.
 

Please create a discord server/friend group for the artist and me as I will need to communicate with them directly in order to make the necessary changes. This simplifies the work process without you having to play the middleman and prevent confusion. For your reference, I speak Mandarin Chinese, English, Japanese, and Bahasa Melayu.
 

A 50% deposit is required upfront to initiate the work, with the remaining 50% due upon completion of the model and prior to delivery for testing. The initial deposit will be deducted from the total quotation.
 

Invoices for projects will be sent upon confirmation to proceed, with project commencement expected within a month. Please note that this refers to the start date, not completion within the month
 

If you’ve previously commissioned me for a model and would like to request a new set of clothes from the base model, the rate will be about 50-80% (depends on the complexity of the clothes) of the full price.
 

My completed work must be credited on all social media platforms, including but not limited to Twitter, Twitch, and YouTube, with the tag @AlexyonLive2D(twitter) or @AlexyonChopper(twitch), in the about or description section.
 

No refunds will be issued for ongoing projects unless I fail to complete the project or choose to cancel it. If the client cancels the project after paying the initial 50% deposit to reserve a slot but before work begins, a 30% fee will apply, with a 20% refund.
 

Clients are prohibited from commissioning another Live2D rigger to work on the exact same model within one year of their debut date.
 

With regard to 14), I will not accept projects for the same model previously rigged by another Live2D rigger within a one-year timeframe after debut, and if client insist of commisioning me, I require the rigger's permission before proceeding with such projects.
 

The project revision period will commence as soon as I send the test file to the client, and the revision period will begin counting from that moment until the end of the project's free revision period. Any revisions requested after the free revision period expires will incur additional charges based on the required fixes.
 

If your project is not covered by a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) or Privacy Agreement, it may be streamed on my Twitch channel. Additionally, there is a possibility that I may test the model's movement during my streams.
 

While rush fees are outlined in the packages options, it's not advised as I prioritize delivering projects with the utmost quality rather than rushing through them. However, if you insist on expediting the completion of the model within a shorter timeframe, you may proceed to pay the rush fee, and I will accommodate your request.
 

Clients are encouraged to return for further upgrades or enhancements to the delivered model. However, discussions and scheduling must take place in advance. Please note that I will prioritize my current commissions over any adjustments or additions to the model.
 

Clients are advised to save and backup the delivered project, as I am not responsible for its long-term storage. If the client accidentally loses the delivered project file, they are welcome to reach out to me. However, I cannot guarantee that I will have the project files.
 

I do not prefer to work on Male, Furries, Mecha, or Heavily-Armored character Fullbody Vtubers models. You are welcome to apply, but please note that the likelihood of me accepting the project is low. However, I can recommend another rigger who may be interested if you wish.
 

All commissions will be invoiced in € Euros and processed through Stripe. If you are unable to pay via Stripe, please contact me via Discord or email to explore alternative payment options.​​
